Love it, Neil!

At the risk of being negative, I will say that I really like the Wonkys.  But I have given up collecting them as they are simply too expensive.  It bums me out to miss out on such well done cards that are excellent tributes to the Wackys of our youth, but so it goes.  Maybe if the price comes down on them, I'll pick up a couple that I really like.  But I wish Topps would simply make the set accessible to people who don't want to spend so much.

Thanks a bunch! The Wonkys really have been a fun addition to the new sets! And here's another one for fun:

That could be considered a rounding error 8)

Strange the weekly sets were selling better...did Topps make a mistake going monthly?

well if you look at it 60 dollars ends up being a decent amount of money vs 15 dollars that someone can rationalize away as a lunch.

I agree, even though it's the same as buying each of the weekly sets, the perceived "sticker shock" is still there for the monthly sets.

I wonder why Topps doesn't keep the sales window open for at least a couple of weeks?

I find it odd that Topps continues to advertise this month's Wacky Packages set at the bottom of its daily emails.  I've seen it in every email since they went off sale.  Even though I bought some already, I clicked on the image to see what would happen.  It just takes you to the page that tells you that the sale is over and how many sets were sold.  Are the marketing people not paying attention to what they send out?  I can't imagine a lack of communication or attention among the Topps departments.

I'm really excited to see "Paranoid" finally published! This is one of a handful of concepts Jay Lynch started and asked me to finish for him shortly before his passing.  Definitely one of the most meaningful wacky titles I've painted and I just hope he's as happy with the finished art as I am. I've got several others in progress, so we may see more in the future. Thank you Jay for being such a cool mentor and inspiration!

Neil, I'd say you definitely did Jay proud!  Paranoid looks terrific, and I'm excited about this new March set.

Paranoid is a winner!!  It is fitting that you were the one to paint it, as camera Wackys are your thing!

I thought we'd have the February sets in hand this week, but still not even a shipping notice here.

Frustrating.
And the GPK Valentines set that came out a week later is already shipping. Wonder why Wackys were delayed?

Looking at the wrapper for March: 2 Wackies could have been fiting for Halloween - And will this March Wacky set have anything related to St. Patrick's Day and/or Easter in Wacky Packages form?

The monster designs were accidentally released early. Apparently they are a fave of the artists, and were snapped up before they could be pulled back. There are others that are still being stockpiled for Halloween, so fear not! Paul Harris and I have scribbled up a bunch of St. Patty's and Easter ideas, so hopefully a few will make it into these upcoming sets. Only the Shadow knows! - Pete

I came to check if anyone has received their order confirmation for the February set.  From the looks of the comments I can safely say that it has not shipped

I had a shipping notice last night too, but I think it was for my NASA Perseverance card order. No way to tell from the message.

You may be right.. I forgot about those cards. The emails from Topps could use some improvement.

I received the vague shipping notice also and only ordered the Mars Cards so its probably them for us all.

Just received the corresponding email from topps. That shipment was for the Mars cards.

But - also just received a notice from fedex today - and this one is for the Feb Wackys!!

Classic topps move. Shipping notice is sent after hours on a Friday, so it looks like they are doing something, but nothing actually gets shipped for three days.
