It being card number 1 doesn't mean it came out any earlier. The valuation of die cuts is based on many factors: whether the card is a number variation, a "non-repeat" (which Boredoms is), and for non-repeats, how early it was pulled (which determines the rarity). Boredoms, along with Alcohol Seltzer and Cracked Jerk, was printed throughout the die cuts run and so isn't as rare as some of the other non-repeats (though it is tough in high grade).
Sometimes being card number one makes a title tougher (the rubber band effect), and that may be the case here to some degree.
Collectibility aside, it ain't the greatest wacky artistically, which may depress demand somewhat.
