From the dead silence leading up to Saturday, the answer is sadly "no"
At something called the Industry Summit last week, Topps addressed the apparently poor communications surrounding late, and extremely late, baseball redemptions.
Communication seems to be an across the board issue

I thought I read Topps got the rights to do a Duck Dynasty card set, but I misread it was Topps Dynasty!

Anyone else from west of the Mississippi still waiting for their 17th series binder and sketch? I'm just not trusting that Topps will get to all of the people who ordered full sets of their binders....nothing shows up on the website when I look at my account....

The 17th series binder is a promotional item being offered to anyone that bought all 16 binders from Topps last year. It features new artwork based on original unused concepts from the '70's and is drawn/painted by the same artists that worked on the 1-16 binders. Each binder includes 1 artist drawn sketch card.

But will the original unused concepts in new art sticker form end up somewhere someday?

Neil,

Can you comment on how many 17th Sketch cards were done. Looking to learn if more than one card was done for each title. So far

no repeats have turned up.Nice to see you have done something substantial to reward us for investing in these binders. These Sketch

Cards may be the only 17th cards ever made. Glad to own one.

Hi Andrew, I can't offer a lot of information, but I can say that they printed enough 17th binders for the people that ordered series 1-16... and if we use our powers of deduction, this should = the total # of sketch cards released (in theory anyway)...

I got the same info when I emailed.  The hard part is knowing if they have you on the list.  I purchased a 4 offerings of the binders and I am in Illinois.  I am hoping for mine to arrive either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Can you name ALL of the original series 17 parodies on the binder and who painted which?

Also, what are the odds of a team-afillated tribute series of the 1991 set, sketches and all?
