I called TOPPS today and the customer service rep said there is no planned Halloween release this year. I'm a bit saddened by this news.

LOL. I'm sure that's news to Neil, who's about to give us the on sale date.

I endorse facts, one of those being it's October and there is no sign of a Halloween set.

Did you mention Wacky Packages postcards? Perhaps they thought you were referring to another set.

That is not what you reported, you reported Topps has no plans to produce a Halloween set which is far different from merely stating it is October and the set is not out yet.  Of course since this is a wacky packages forum that refers to Wacky packages halloween set and of course you are wrong and hence nope, you are not producing facts.  Now I see why you are so cavellier about the seller of fakes, you really don't much care about details.  It all makes sense now.

I'm an iced coffee fanatic (hate hot coffee) and I didn't think I'd
like the pumpkin spice iced coffee at Dunkin's, since I don't like
pumpkin or squash or anything like that, but I tell you...it's not too bad!

And yes, to the other forum members, I know I'm straying off topic.
Back to Wackies!

p.s. anything "oreo" has to be good!

Didn't it say in Comic #2 info that the comic was made up of sketches done for the 2012 Halloween Postcard set?  That should be evidence enough that there will be a halloweeen set this year.

No, the comic will be regular drawings or something like that.

Earlier in this topic Neil noted, "It's based on Joe's really scary sketch cards". That would "seem" to indicate its just not simply the sketches in another format, but I guess we will know more by Saturday.

Yes, the comic chronicles all of my sketch cards used in the 2012 Wacky Halloween postcard series. A few extra new artworks using the 2012 Wacky Halloween Postcard characters are scattered throughout the book as well.

Signing 300 copies today @ NYCC.

Ya, it's expensive to go to these shows when you aren't close enough to drive. It would probably cost me at least $1000 for about 3 days. That would be for flight, car rental, & hotel. The flight would actually be the cheapest part of this. I found them for $200 round trip last week.
