ANS9 "Hot Pack" Ebay Auctions

Maybe this has already been discussed, but I'm wondering how this seller is able to distinguish if a sketch card is in an ANS9 pack.  Unless the card was right on the top or bottom of the pack, it doesn't seem possible to know if there's a sketch in the mix of cards.  And then they're also calling out "2 in 1" packs, which means that there would be 2 sketch cards within the same double-pack (which seems highly unlikely, unless the coallation was horrible).  Anybody know if these claims are real, or how they're figuring this out?

I think that's what he's sayin' - seems almost improbable...but possible...try it out for $500
