Old Burpsi Cola Hat I put up on Ebay

Anybody have a history on this hat??  I found it in a box of hats in an estate auction.  It's not marked as Topps or Wacky Packages, somebody else must have made it back in the day, but it's machine made, not some homemade job, so maybe someone knows a history on this??

Bummer that it doesn't have the wacky image, then you might see some decent bids on it!

That would have been cool!  I'm guessing Topps would have blown their lids and sued back in the day if whoever did this went that far.   I remember Pepsi hats in the 70's that looked a lot like the Burpsi hat.  With "Pepsi Cola" run around the top in a similar manner.
