Anyone, who buys multiple boxes and says they aren't hoping to pull quality sketch cards I'm sure is in the minority. Secondly, I already said I concede he does nice work, but the sketches we've seen so far is definately no indication of it...

Ok, Dave said there would be 5 Old School and 15 original sketch titles for this series. Which one of the originals am I missing in the list below? I saw Brad posted about a Moron Salt but I haven't seen one of those yet.

I did not get my boxes yet. Due in today. Hopefully soon. I think by far my favorite sketch is the Bhob Hipton dude. Man, that one is awesome!!

Here are my pulls from today. I still have my initial pre-order coming in on Thurs with 6 boxes.
Lovin' the color sketches and Simko's. Pretty cool what Camera did with IOU and the Witch. I wonder how he got away with combining OLDS2 and 3 characters. Hmm

I'm really pleased overall. Some duplicate characters by the same artists but overall a fantastic job! I don't know why I got 12 Kircht's. His were tougher with OLDS2. I think I only ended up with 9 of his OLDS2 sketches.

Brad I'm sorry you didn't get one of the Jay Lynch Sketches. I read before that was one that you were looking for. Maybe on a future box.

I was surprised at how poorly it was drawn. It honestly looked like something a child doodled in class while not listening to the teacher.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you..... if you read the entire thread you'll see I was saying the same thing. Every sketch from him on this thread is God awful! Looks like an 8 year old drew it in under 10 seconds.... just terrible. I've had folks defending him, stating they are supposed to be sketches. True, but compare his swill to the other artists. No comparison. His finished artwork is pretty good... So, I don't know what he's doing here. I think I will from now on refer to him as Swill-eznik.

I wouldn't mind most of the other artists I've seen here. Neil Camera, Smoking Joe and Joe Simko (different artists?) seem really strong.

Simko brought his 'A' game this round. OLDS2 were done in pencil and this time ink with a lot of detail. Just amazing! If anyone pulls a Lynch sketch please post immediately.

A favorite oxymoron of mine

I like the diversity and range of styles of the sketch cards, and appreciate the high detail ones and also the ones that are more crude and rough, but some of his appear somewhat unfinished. I confess, I feel like a snob for saying this. After all, who the hell am I to say that an artist’s artwork is not complete?

I don’t watch eBay frequently, but it does seem unusual to see three new sketches being sold as one lot.

It's a Benjamin Moore paint can (Mooregard), as this is a spoof of Benjamin Moore paint.
