Title: Is this pack legit?

This person is calling this pack a legit 15th yellow 'cause Catgobite is showing. First, I don't think there are any 15th yellows, they're all blue. Second, it looks to me like a reseal as the 21 fold looks wrong. Or maybe it's a fun pack? Thoughts?

I went with fun packs. At least this person did some research.

It is an ultra common funpack with 15th sticker and 12th checklist.
