What???? These are out already??? On Ebay and with sketches already being sold separately?

Are these sets different from the PC 8 that's not even for sale on the Topps site yet? How does one order these sketch postcard sets?
I'm confused....

These were released late in the winter some time shortly after Old School Series 3.

Oh, ok - do the sketch sets come out first? I had signed up to be notified from topps when PC 8 came out - and when I signed up, I assumed it wasn't out yet -  8)

I think the Limited Sets (w/sketches) came out just 1 day before the Standard set (no sketches)

I'm waiting for a Wacky Postcard Series 9 set and/or the 2012 Wacky Halloween Postcard set!
