What's better than purchasing a slabbed, PSA 6, legitimate Wacky Packages Hostess Pair for $309.89?

Well, it's quite simple... purchasing these "Excellent Condition/White Backs*RARE* NM Mock Hostess Pair Of Stickers" for $319.00!

Sure, you may be paying a little more than you would for the real deal, but these are the ONLY "Mock Hostess Pair of Stickers" listed on eBay... er, well, with the exception of the other "Mock Hostess Pair of Stickers" listed on eBay... with a BIN of $329.00

If one bafs in a barf bag, and saves it for 30 years,
is it rare?

Hopefully

Yes, but that doesn't make it valuable -- only demand will drive that.

Hopefully

It depends.  >:D   How many bags were produced? Are the bags autographed? Is there a certificate of authenticity? Was the bag meticulously sealed in a PVC free, acid-fee, UV protected barf bag binder page?

When I see listings like this, I get pumped up, because, based on this "NM-" 6-Up, ALL of my stickers would easily come back from PSA as 10's! And all of my copyright error stickers (borderless) would probably return as 8's & 9's!

I think they need to relabel this NM-----------------------------------------

No, he just needs to redefine "NM" as '"Nicely Mangled."

We can find out the accepted best offer. Crazy that there were only two 9s for so long and there have been three more in the last few years. This one looks toned.

I agree, it looks toned, and I wonder what the back looks like - probably toned, too.

He has one other Wacky up, a Run Tony (white back) PSA 9, for the bargain price of $15k  eBay auction: #163654405498

Remember the good ol' days when eBay charged you a listing fee that was based on your starting price?  It would make people think twice before listing something at an extravagant price.

I remember the days when you could post your email address (or even have it as your user id), and get in touch with other ebay members - that was the good old days to me.......  Now, we can't know who we're dealing with, and ebay gets a cut of pretty much everything sold on the secondary market, so they don't need listing fees anymore.

This one's fun. This is probably the only time that you'll be able to buy a 1979 reprint sheet that comes "w/ Bum/Choke/Mess/Windhex"... but they aren't visible on the sheet.

I try not to be a stickler about grammar issues on social media, but this seller's item description requires a LONG breath before you read it. I say that we all chip in to buy this sheet so that the seller can purchase some punctuation. (end of snarky rant!)

George you should learn for to be more tolerating of people when they have these writing impediments cause some of them can't help it and if they do and they get things wrong then they have trouble only they're not stupid with sentences and then they think they're dumb cause they didn't pay attention in school cause some of them are needy or on drugs and other things too and you should mail them courtesy GG cards to make them happier.

Hah!!!! I read your reply out loud, and my neighbor thought I was conducting an old-timey public auction. They asked me why I didn't use any periods, and I told them that I had ordered some last month, but they were back-ordered... so hopefully, I'll get my periods this month. I get anxious when I don't get my periods on time.

I PM'd the seller, and asked them if they would post pictures of the "Bum/Choke/Mess/Windhex" stickers, because I didn't see them in the photos provided. They replied, and said they'd post them... now, we wait!

I especially love two parts:
  • That he counted them and they're all there -- most of us would just do a little math we learned in the 2nd grade of 6 x 11 = 66.  After all he was a kid in 1979, so that makes him 45?  Surely he knows his times tables.
  • The grade on them being a 10+.  I suppose he was literally giving 100%+ effort when he wrote it!

There's little question this seller is a few cards short of a set, so I wouldn't guarantee that he knows his times tables. I think the "10 +" is his shorthand for writing "10 plus": ...I have a uncut sheet set the grade on them is 10 plus I have many sheets for sell...
