Here's a good one:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-1967-Topps-Wacky-Packages-Die-Cut-Card-Band-Ache/352553200736?hash=item5215ceec60:g:4S0AAOSwvdFcIpt1:rk:14:pf:0

Description says:
Does Have Some Minor Wear But Overall Is In Good Condition

It makes me wonder what they would consider Major Wear

That's not even good enough for a magnet!

Wow!  Should I be asking 1K for a true die cut bandache in Nrmt condition.....  this is too funny!

No, you would only ask $1K for a PSA 9 Band-Ache Die Cut...that would actually sell for more like $1200-$1500 depending on the day.

I am really thinking of sending my set to be graded....  I would expect most to be graded at least a 7 (due to centering) to a strong 9

In the wise words of Dave (Paul Maul): If it won’t get an 8 or higher, don’t send it.

I know, and that Band-Ache is nice except for the centering. Unfortunately that’s a big part of the grade, but I’d rather have a card that’s a PSA 6 due to the centering then one with a lot of corner wear. Given how long you’ve been around the hobby I can imagine you scoring a beautiful Die Cut set for peanuts way back when.

Jeff, you probably don’t remember this but I bought a 2nd tan set from you on eBay over a decade ago. Many of my keepers are still from that set including this one. The tan Run Tony still has under ten PSA 8s and only one 9.

I have had around 6 sets of dies over the years and I'm down to just my keeper set.  I personally don't like my own collection being slabbed, so will probably never know how they would be graded...

I really don't know if it is more nuts to price this at $12k, or to actually complete the set!

I don't understand - the only reason to do this would be to try to snooker an uninformed Star Trek fan, and they left out the word "Trek."

Old School Series 5 PSA 10, only 1 in population - $800!

https://www.ebay.com/itm/113509452516?ul_noapp=true

Do you suppose there's only one because the sticker's not worth sending to PSA for grading?

He added a PSA 9, only 1 in population for $500!
https://www.ebay.com/itm/113509452101

The only two in the PSA registry for Old School 5 are these two.  It's pretty easy to get a population of 1 when you've got the only two submitted for a sticker that's not worth $2.

That is too funny.  I never tire of seeing the trash that is posted on Ebay.....  here is another one.  The cost of grading and slabbing this trash cost more than this eyesore is worth....  IMHO of course LOL

So is a "2" the lowest grade that PSA will assign to a card?  Will they grade and slab a "1" ?

I guess the submitter can't read "3rd Series" on the front.  I asked for a photo of the actual pack for sale, and I got the same one for the front along with one for the back too, which of course had a 1980 copyright.  I let them know, so we'll see if the description gets changed.
