Is there a market for those? I think I have a bunch stashed away somewhere.
For 1976 and beyond, the two's that demand the highest prices are star notes, according to my Whitman Official Red Book (7th ed. c2020). The 2003 A Atlanta(F) note that is featured in this auction is listed at $5 for UNC-63 grade. I can't imagine the one pictured getting a grade above ONE. Like someone joked earlier, I wonder if it's even worth $2.
A 2003 A Atlanta star note, however, is priced at $120 for UNC-63 grade. We're talking only 320,000 in circulation. The only other star notes from 2003 A, the San Fran(L) ones, are slightly more quantity-wise(384,400), but for some reason they are priced a little higher at $150 for UNC-63 grade.
The highest price listed for a non-star note 1976 and beyond, UNC-63, is $35 for a 2003 St Louis(H), and next best is $25 for 2003 A San Fran(L).
Non-star notes from 1976 range from $9-$20 in UNC-63.
