Interesting, I have a swatch of cloth with the same design except the background is a light blue-grey rather than the white.

I saw it and have seen similar items.  It seems the bolts of cloth exist as bolts, curtains, jeans, pocketbooks, shirts, all sorts of shapes.  I guess some companies took the bolts and turned them into common household items for resale.  It is the only sense I can make of some of these especially with manufacturer labels.
