There are a lot of browsers that no longer show the blue quick link to "Add image to post", as visible in the below screenshot.
If you do not see that link and want to add an image, go to the
postimages.org webpage.
Upload your image on the postimages website and then copy one of the provided image links.
The Link, Direct Link or the Thumbnail for forums, will all work.
Back in your forum post, paste that copied link into your message.
Pro Tip: click the Mona Lisa icon and paste the 'Direct Link' url between the image markup pair
