Actually ‘Done-In’, as in snuffed out, dead, etc.  I think it shows a headstone or something.  Nothing great, the Crazy Labels overall were kinda weird compared to Wackys, but at least with Done-In they didn’t intrude on the packaging design the way the ‘85 Wacky did.
Fixed, thanks!

It’s always fun when Wackys are a sign of the times and showcase discontinued products.  How many of you remember ‘Rich n’ Chips’ cookies?  Apparently they featured Coconut chips.

I do remember these cookies, but the Wacky, not so much.  I would have put this towards the bottom of my stack.

Yeah, I don't see the "itchy" effect on the cookies on the parody art. Where are the little hands on the cookies scratching themselves, and their faces should have more of a look of irritiation from being itchy? Something like "Retchin' Chaps" or "Retchin' Chips would have been a funnier gag, showing the cookies spitting out chocolate chips.

I agree here, now that I've looked at it closely. One chocolate chip cookie looks angry, one looks confused and one looks bored. Where's the "Itch" part? You tell me.

The Feebler logo would next be reused for Tattoo Skins in the 1991 series.

It is very hard to hit it out of the park on every try. Especially when the process usually involves adjustments by legal and additional tweaks by the final painter. Sometimes my original idea is completely buried under the layers of changes. Maybe that's what happened here?

Next in line is Mr. Clown, a parody of Mr. Clean. I like how the label shape on the bottle emulates a circus tent. A toy horn floating inside the bottle would have been a nice added touch. Or...instead of the red plastic clown head cap, that should be the red rubber part of the toy horn, with the rest of the metal horn inside the bottle?

During online research, I found a different, more recent Mr. Clown parody as a t-shirt you can buy from Neato Shop.

I photoshopped what Mr. Clown would look like with a clown horn as the bottle cap, with the rest of the horn inside the bottle. What do y'all think?

Up next is Frisk, a parody of Wisk. The real bottle is a strange design. That large panel on top needs something. Maybe a place for a coupon, like the parody has?

I like this one.  Well rendered bottle, cute little criminal character and ‘long arm of the law.’  Agree something is off with that blank space on upper portion of bottle.  Maybe for a period they used that space for peel-off coupons, promotions, etc., as mentioned.

I like this one as well, decent gag, and as you said, a well-rendered bottle and cap.  It would have been awesome if the crook was carrying a stolen Wacky painting!

Diapers with lumps, without stating or suggesting a particular reason, doesn’t make much sense or sell the gag at all.  Diapers for hiding golf balls, diapers for spanked babies, give me something.  The other thing that’s kind of distracting is that the bulging package makes it look like a bag of marshmallows.

We've got to remember that Wackys evolved over time. Initially, the only objective was silliness. There was no requirement that all the elements be unified in supporting one gag. That refinement developed over time. Look at the Sail'em cigarettes gag. What do leaves sprouting from the cigarette tips have to do with sailing? And without the visual of them being set adrift in the water like in the MAD parody that pre-dated the Wacky, it is a really muddled design. I think Lumps is just a victim of the gag being forced to be implicit rather than explicit because you couldn't refer to poop in those days.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if I found the right real packaging image. The parody makes the packaging look like a clear plastic container.

Was there another Luvs diapers parody with the tagline "Your Baby's Discomfort begins with..."? Or maybe my brain wants to think that was put on the parody. Like a Mandela Effect.

Yeah, they definitely just winged it with a number of OS titles back in the day.  Sailem is a prime example for sure.  Bum and Mabel never made much sense.  But hey, since we’re rating them one by one, I gotta be real about it.  Maybe would have been fun to do ‘Gluvs’ and just put mittens on the baby’s hands.

As a matter of fact, I drew up that exact idea a couple of months ago! I spun it as you'll need "Gluvs" to handle these toxic diapers. The gag is waiting to be sent in!

Actually, IIRC, only one OS Wacky kinda-sorta referred to poop - Alpoo from the 7th Series.

Nowadays, we take it for granted because it's everywhere in Wackys by now. I don't know when it got started, I don't know where it got started. All I know is that it's here and it's probably not going to go away for a long, long time.

It started with Baby Bottle Poop in ANS1. It was even in the TV commercial. Found it kinda gross.

Okay, so it was practically right from the beginning in 2004 that bathroom humor got started in Wackys. Thanks for the information.

Btw, it was Bottled Baby Poop.

Bottled Baby Poop was the first ANS Wacky I pulled in 2004. I posted on the old Forum as I opened the pack, and added "Such is the risk of live events."
