So 2024 turns out to be a banner year for ANS. Not only do we get 2 ANS sets in one year (been awhile since the last time that happened) but ANS 2 is a haunted set, chock full of Halloween goodies!  Now this set was especially fun to work on as the traditional Halloween concept was expanded by mixing a strange brew of candy and non-candy treats.  Three of the four Wackys I painted are non-candy, new gags I wrote specifically for this set and the fourth is a monstrous gag I originally wrote for ANS 11.  Unused at the time I stored it away in a crypt for just such an occasion.  I  hope they’re all to your taste and most of all, Happy Halloween!

Mike, thanks so much!  Yes, Bloodlets, which was originally intended for ANS 11, will finally see the light of day!  Also since I started painting Wackys, I’ve been itching for the chance to do a classic pool of blood under a product and this was the perfect opportunity!

Ha! Alex thanks so much!  I was actually inspired to write the gag based upon an original series, unused Jay Lynch gag, Henteen.  Something about that cool, teenaged Hen enjoying some gum appealed to me.  So the Hen becomes a vampire and there you go!  Honestly, I still would like to paint  Henteen one of these days as the more Wackys with teenagers the better!
