Can anyone provide some info on Party Packs? I have seen examples and know they contain a single mini sheet that could be separated and handed out to party guests. Was there just the one sheet? Were these sold at retail stores? Also, were these more expensive than the “Fun Packs” which contained Wackys and other Topps cards?

These are all over eBay, I picked up a nice example recently for $20.

The non Halloween version is very common I think like an entire pallet of like a thousand of these was unearthed about a decade ago

I am always amazed at the stuff that gets uncovered decades later. Who knows what goodies are just around the corner in someone's basement...
