We just really liked the idea of a mascot/character for this set. I inked the art and Halsey did a fantastic job on the coloring. Hoping the character catches on, sorta like the paste ot anywhere kid. Maybe we should name him. Amy suggestions?!
I never noticed it before, but what's the story behind the Texas shaped bubble gum stuck to the bottom of his shoe?
Ha! You're right! That wasn't intentional but the shape certainly does look a lot like Texas! Maybe we should call him Boy Howdy, lol!
How about Ludlow B. Chase
I do like Chase as a first name for this character. Perhaps Chase Card, or similar.

I like that. How about Chase M. All?
So no more suggestions to Neil’s name the mascot question?I guess naming is more of a GPK thing but I know there’s a perfect one out there. Maybe something like Willie Getem or Chase M. All?
Paste M. Anyplace?
I like a lot of those. Ken Sumer is way better than Conrad. What about Ken Sumerism? (maybe he's got an Auntie?)

he is NOT the big 'Eric Roberts' that had owned so many WP Original art from years ago
A mini-preview of some of the new 2024 titles coming tomorrow (April 18) on Topps.com:"Gnawthans" and "Starbugs" illustrated by Jeff Dionise.Wacky Comic by Neil Camera and Halsey Camera.
I wasn't aware of the artist Jeff Dionise, but I love what I'm seeing!!! Norm would be proud!
Jeff created five in last year’s ANS set and was a guest artist a few times in the Weekly and Monthly sets.I found all of his to be top notch!
You mean topps notch!
Is the new set live yet? I don't see it on topps.com under new or shop or Wacky Packages
I see the checklist for the base set. Is there a checklist for the subsets, or even a notation of how many are in each subset? I love the Wacky Pals and can see there are two per box, but I'm curious how many Wacky Pals are in the full subset. Neil, can you share that info?
