While Topps does help in some manner for the PNSS, it is Toser Family that should get and deserves all the credit for the bi-annual gatherings!
I felt is was time to create a Binder to keep just the PNSS items in.
I have previously kept the Spring or Fall items with the binder that housed the closest release to that time. The baby is growing up quickly and deserves it 's own room!
