I secured 3 sets! Now I can breathe and get back to work. I feel bad for people on the other forum. I don't think they know these are up!

I just checked over there - there was a thread, but it only had 5 posts, and none of them were from today.

When you look at what these will sell on eBay you will se it's worth the extra $12 a set to get them. I just paid $164 for one PC6 set. So this is cheap and I know my order will be rushed and no real chance of being part of a lost shipment because they put overnight shipments in a tush state and process before other orders, as so I've been told!

Did you pick-up somewhere that they would start shipping out today?  I thought they sometimes take a day or 2 to actually start shipping?

it's Daylight Time everybody
there is a difference
[/rant]

So it's EDT? I didn't know there was a difference, but leave it to a rocket scientist !  :great:

What is the diff. ?  Just the obvious daylight?

It probably helped that A) the artwork looks totally cool/monster themed, and B) there's no cheap set available.

I think these are getting more and more popular with every series, and the sketch cards are HOT lately.  Like you said this does look like a special set with very cool titles so that helps.

I would expect them to do a regular edition set though.  Maybe it's just not up yet.

I think one is winter and one is summer for Northeast states. Just something to confuse us it seems!

We'll be setting the clocks back soon. I wish we could just put them back a half hour and leave it alone all year. We do this to supposedly gain daylight, thus daylight savings. But there is no gain, the sun doesn't conform to our clock setting, it's the same amount of daylight time just shifted. So it's darker earlier at night and lighter earlier in the morning.
In high school, I used to get home and it would be dark because we had split sessions with another school before a new one was built, so we started later in the day and got home later at night.

Can't wait to see the new Halloween Wacky's !!

I had a couple sets in my basket and when I went to checkout, it said there was no quantity available.  Isn't adding them to your basket a way of reserving the sets?

Keep refreshing the page. More sets should come available sporadically today and tomorrow.

I was at the dentist and missed out as well by about 15 mins.  I even took my pda with me, but the dentist's office doesn't have wi-fi.  Bummer.

Getting less and less fun, isn't it??  By next week, a few people will each have 25 sets on ebay for a crazy markup.

There were still about 50 sets left 55 minutes after the hour.  But those all sold within the next 5 minutes.  They were all gone before I could even track the numbers falling...

I just noticed that they pulled it down off the home page - makes me wonder if they will have a regular set.  You'd think they'd keep it up if they were intending to sell them soon.
