FYI, I FINALLY got a response from Topps today--after I sent another email on Thursday asking about what happened with the first complaint in which I simply asked for the 16 coupon backs I was promised in the item description (I only received 4 coupons out of the 20 packs--not boxes--I ordered). As I suspected, they want me to pack up all my cards I received and send them back. After they get them, they'll send me another 20 packs--probably with worse collation than before. Yeah, right! I've already traded or sold many of the original cards, so that's not gonna happen.
