Hotel Wackys

I have seen sheets of “Hotel” or “Room Service” Wackys once or twice on Fleabay. Does anyone know the story on these? Im guessing Topps distributed them through an Eastern hotel chain?

Unfortunately, I'd call that not such a good guess.  :P

My understanding is that they were printed up by a company called Room Service, a division of Butterfly Originals in Cherry Hill, NJ (since this is what it says on the back of them, LOL). I believe the story goes that you could find them around 1983 in Spencer Gift shops. Not sure if they were found anywhere else. There are 3 variations, known as Chocolate, Salty and Fresh Breath (the last being quite rare).
