How much should I be looking to pay for the rare Toadal, Cheapios, and Weakies posters?  Thanks.

It's been about 15 years since I bought those but they were $100-$150 each at the time.

I have seen them sell for ~$150 to almost $300 depending on condition & timing. Less if the condition is poor or has writing on it. It's very hard to find one in great condition IMO.
