Good lord; I'm trying to post some pics of my collection and totally can't find how to attach pics.  Can anyone give me a clue about that?  I've done it before, but also recall struggling at times to find how to do so.

Add a picture shold be a small button below where you type your message.  Sometimes it goes missing, and a different browser will have it.

Are you looking for the original series 1-17 binders?

Thanks, Pat!  I saw the "add image to post" button now (not sure if I missed it before or it had gone missing).

I'm not looking for the original series 1-17 binders (I do have 5-8).  I'd like to get a 17th binder, but I realize that is probably outside my price point.

Thanks, all, for the compliments!  And keep 'em coming.  It's fun and instructive to see how others display their treasures.

Dang... now THAT's giving Wackys the respect they deserve.  I used to be able to do that before I was outnumbered in the house.  I really need a man-cave someday.  Cool displays, man!

Thanks!  I just wish I had more space.  I mean, I do have more space, but it's all taken up by Pez, Viewmasters, cereal boxes and prizes, Funny Face, and the list goes on...

Double-Dang... you ARE a serious collector!  I used to dabble in non-Wacky stuff, but never got into the candy and cereal stuff.  I still have some random items in categories I'm not into, though, that I should probably try to trade for Wackys someday.  Wackys & Starwars was my main thing as a kid, though.  And luckily I kept most of both.

For the past couple of years, my art studio had been unusable and packed into the corner of a "transient drop-off" room due to an unexpected tenant situation. A couple of months ago, I removed the tenant, and have started to make some sense out of the disarray left after that chapter. I am currently reclaiming the once occupied room and restoring it back to a functioning studio. While I have my work cut out for me, I think it's only fair to point out that my priorities are somewhat in order as I have kicked off the restoration/organization process by making sure that my Wacky Package collection is properly stored and displayed. Now, back to those sketch cards...

Nice!  That's quite the binder collection you have there - three sets of NSU!!  And why did Topps mess with the spine on Old School 5?  Do you have Attackys in the Mars Attacks binder?

Fabulous display!  I know I skipped buying a few binders due to cash flow back in the day, but I think I recognize all those binders except for the light blue one on the bottom shelf (a bit right of center).  Which one was that?  And it looks like the only one I have that you're missing is the generic three ring binder that I believe was sold in stores back when the folders and notebooks and various school supplies were sold.  Do you have one of those?

I was going to post a photo of the cover of the light blue binder that you asked about (ANS8), but for some reason, I'm back to not being able to add images again. I didn't change any of my settings, or conduct any updates since posting last night's photo... ugh.

I'm not sure if I ever saw the generic 3-ring binders. I did get the glossy notebook folders, but must have missed the 3-ringers.

What's the best 9 pocket sheets sleeves? I have my original 1-16 in VERY old sheets, probably from the 80s, that are likely not good for my stickers. I've been using BCW for new stuff but even those seem to curl at the edges sometimes.

With the help of a fellow form member, I am now able to add photos to my posts!

Here are photos of the front & back of the binder that you had asked about:

I have seen many post over the years discussing the negative effects of the Ultra-Pro 9-pocket pages on the thinner, tan-backed Wacky Package stickers. If left in the pages as-is, the stickers will usually take the shape of the "waves" in the plastic sheeting. While time consuming (any money consuming!), I've found a way to prevent the inherent warping, and also prevent vertically stored binders from bending the bottoms of the 9-pocket pages.

For the separating inserts, I use black, acid free, heavy gauge matte board that can readily be found at stores like Michael's, as well as many art supply stores. The vertical measurement of these dividers is approximately an 1/8" taller than the top & bottom of the 9-pocket pages. The bottom 1/8" supplies a buffer between the pages and the shelf.

I took some pictures of a couple of the filled 9-pocket pages in oblique lighting to illustrate how flat these dividers keep the pages.

I'm sorry to ask you to do the work of finding a link to this type of product (at Michael's or wherever), but I'm not sure I've heard of this before.  I typed "matte board" into Michael's search engine and 1500+ results came up.

Whoops! I'm very sorry about that. It is more commonly known as "matboard". I'm not sure if what I called it is a regional thing, old school, or altogether incorrect! LOL! If you go into a Michael's store, these sheets can be found in, or near, the framing department. They are usually stacked in vertical bins, and organized by color and thickness. Individual sheets are in the 3' to 4' range. The dividers can be a pain in the neck to cut, but the benefits they give to the preservation and protection for your collection outweigh the time and cost aspects. I made an insert master, on thinner cardboard stock, to help keep the dividers uniform.

Can anyone please tell me where to find packs of plastic pages with two pockets that are 7" long by 5" wide for storing postcards? Stapes used to sell them, but they took them off their list of items they sell last I checked. Someone (I think it was Pat (RawGoo)) told me that UltraPro sells them, but I don't know where to find them on their website or what they're named. The last time I ordered something from them on their website, I thought I was getting them, but I got pages of plastic sleeves instead of plastic pages with pockets.

There's an issue with this link. Try this: https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-2-Pocket-Platinum-Pockets/dp/B07YKFPZ9R/ref=sr_1_2
Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks!

UPDATE: They just arrived today and they're EXCELLENT! But I got something even better that what was listed on here from the same company: two boxes with 100 pages each! This will hold me for a while!

One thing, though: to the people that make the Wacky Holiday Postcards, please don't make them any larger than the ones you made in 2023, or I won't be able to fit them in my new pages' pockets (they're 7" by 5", btw).

Mel's approach is doubtless the best but, man, I can't imagine doing that with the 40 or so binders I've got. But some of my 9 pocket pages are badly warped already and I'd like to get something I can rely on not to curl. These were recommended, anyone have any experience with them?

Or any other heavy duty pages?
