More than a year and still a work in progress

As of 8/1/2022, four Waves of releases have occurred:
Wave 1: Target – January 2021
Wave 2: Amazon (& Target) - April 2021
Wave 3: Walmart - May 2021
Wave 4: CVS - July 2022

Sold in tubs containing 5 pieces (Waves 1 and 3)
Item 5210 (Target and CVS)
Item 5200W2 (Walmart)
1 piece visible through clear top window
4 pieces individually packaged in lower tub
1 sticker face down
includes checklist sheet, and SI catalog

Sold in blister packs containing 10, 15, 20, or 25 pieces (Waves 2)
Item 5211, 5212, 5213, 5214
~2/3rds of the pieces are visible in compartments in clear top window
~1/3rd of the pieces are individually packaged and in compartments in covered lower window
stickers hidden in lower compartments
includes checklist sheet, and SI catalog

Checklist Sheet: Wave 1,2,3 have identical checklists with All-Brain typo, Wave 4 has updated checklist with corrected Unlucky Charms and larger fonts

There are ten minis on the checklist not available in Wave 1. Six are one per Wave 2 blister pack, and five are randomly inserted in Wave 3. Both Waves have #38.

#Two missing minis from Series 1 appeared in Wave 3 Walmart cups – eBayer and Minute Mud. During Series 1 numerous enquiries were sent to SI regarding the issue of the missing items. SI always responded with the lie that they were available in Series 1 cups at Walmart and to keep buying more to find them. Complaints were filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General to investigate SI's business practice regarding the false advertising of the two minis. SI maintained the same lie with the AG, insisting the two minis were available in Series 1 even though they were not. Eight months later, these two minis showed up in a Series 2 release wave to Walmart. SI never apologized or admitted to their actions.

Yes, thanks, Patrick, for your work on this! I would imagine this will get quite a bit more complex and involved as time goes on. But I hope there are fewer waves and nothing is unreleased that is promised.

I was at Walmart, saw that there were still Series 1 cups at the checkout, and hoping to perhaps hold a glimmer of promise that SI may still have thrown eBayer and Minute Mud in there (as the rep "implied"), so I took the bait.

Naturally, they were all just from the Wave with Putrid Cat Chow, Ajinx, Boredom, and although it wasn't a total loss (I did get two Big Loogies, strangely), nothing in there as (wink, wink) promised.

Did the stickers have the darker backgrounds (like in the multipacks) or the original lighter backgounds?

It appears wave 2 consists of 10, 15, 20 and 25 piece mutli-packs so far available through Amazon and wholesale. Reported results so far seem to indicate only one previously released title per multi-pack box, however. No new stickers have been reported.

Awesome! Thanks for the info! I was thinking about getting a couple. but hesitant to give them more of my money with all the shenanigans going on. Does anyone see any patterns in the pieces to land some of the pieces, or should I say "piece"?

Thanks for the info, Scot! I've been curious about this. I'm happy that the "missing ten" aren't all that great of titles. If I don't get them, I'll be fine. A couple of the Old Skool titles are nice, as is Frosted Snakes, but I'm not going to gamble at this point and buy any of the multipacks. Still hoping they'll be available elsewhere. If not, I'll live without.

No big deal but you spelled wrinkled wrap with the correct spelling of wrinkled on the checklist. The sticker spells it “Rinkled wrap” without the w. Not a big deal especially with all the time and effort you put into the list. It truly is very much appreciated. I just happened to be putting my stickers in my ultra pro pages in alpha order and discover this.

As far as I know, all series 2 stickers were the same. No variations. Or did I really miss something.

checklist updated and the sticker moved up in the listing.
luckily since all the stickers are in all the waves, that was an easy adjustment to make.

Rich Color is available with all Series one stickers. I am not aware of any Rich color stickers in Series two.
