That’s awesome, a completely different direction, yet as vintage and relatable a product as one could come up with in an Old School vein, albeit only seasonally.  Hope more fireworks ideas will come to fruition.

Glad you all like the Black & Blue Cats card! I wanted to do something "fourthy" to celebrate the occasion. There's more holiday themed fun in store!

You’ve been a busy man, Neil! With these Wackies and the GPK set. Save some time for more Attacky Packages ;) Thanks again for keeping Wackies alive.

What does the real product look like?  Fireworks are illegal here, haven't seen them since I lived in PA.

Black Cat has been the brand that my family has liked since I was real young. Unfortunately, for some reason I don't see that many of this brand specifically when we go to a fireworks store. Not sure why.

My father even has a Black Cat shirt. Best brand, I'm tellin ya.

Awesome parody. Not sure about the others in this set, but I will likely buy the pack for this title alone.

Wow! I want a black cat T- shirt! That would be so cool. Where did your dad find it?

Black cat was everywhere in the 70's when fireworks stands were in just about every grocery store parking lot. . I saw some a few years ago at a stand on an Indian reservation and they had T shirts! But only in Large so I didnt get one. I need a lot bigger size!

In my fireworks heyday (teen years) the dominant brand in my neck of the woods for regular firecrackers was always Thunder Bomb.  Although not legal in NY, it was never hard to acquire.  Either you had a guy, or your friend had a guy, etc, and you’d pick stuff off a price list.

Sometimes you’d see a smattering of other brands around - Black Cat, Link Triad, Red Lantern, TNT, Cherry Bomb, and some others, but the dealers always carried Thunder Bomb in the larger multi-pack sizes, “mats” and “bricks.”

In the Northeast during the late 70's and early 80's, it was definitely Thunder Bomb!

No knock on Thunder Bomb, but they were so dominant that whenever you came across a different brand, there would be a certain novelty appeal, particularly because the labels were interesting and the single packs often came in a wider variety of sizes.

I don't know where my dad got the shirt from honestly. He has had it for a while.

And, yeah, I definitely know about Thunder Bombs.

A quick search shows them readily available on line in all sizes, multiple colors, both official and bootleg, including several different versions of the packaging.

Most cities cancelled their fireworks this 2020 year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

No shipment yet for me for June week 2 either.

Looking at my account at Topps - everything since then is "processing"

Any idea what the hold up is?

Just triple checked - I ordered all of my Week 2 sets on June 11th.  Maybe fixing the June Week 1 insert issue has them behind schedule?

I actually got this week's set. Will likely have a couple things to trade as I only really got it for one title but I will keep the other four normal ones.

Oops!   :-[

Looks like July week 1 has no puzzle backs, unless they just did not include in the gallery.

I’d guess ‘not included’
It’ll be fun to see what they do for week 5 though. Maybe a four card puzzle a third checklist? That’d work.
