I am curious, in the description it says the card is approved by Topps.   This implies that after it is drawn the image is sent to Topps and they approve it.  Is that correct or is the approval simply implied because Topps gave the cards to the artists and they can do whatever they want?

The artist has to show the card to Topps for approval before it can be sold. Presumably Topps could disapprove a card if the content was considered to be inappropriate in some way.

I just got around to doing this ANS 7 color sketch on one of the return cards.  I'm putting it up on ebay for a 24 hour auction late tonight.
