I doubt it. 

There are some good Postcard titles in the mix that have never been available from Topps as stickers so I went for it, will report back on quality.

I would say correct. I see no copyrights or any reference to Topps on them. I got my set yesterday. Quality is fair enough for what they are. I don't ever intend to stick them, so don't care how difficult they are to peel, etc.

I got a set of these several months back. They are pretty nice. Not full sized Wackys, more like the album stickers in size but nice quality. I'd say for the price, its worth it.

I agree, these are quite nice, and they are kiss-cut which is great, especially for magnets.  I haven't tried them on anything that will get wet.
