Camera holiday cards
« on: October 27, 2018, 04:12:08 PM »
I was going through some Wacky images that I have downloaded and found this:

Most have dates, but what years are Kodork, Pentux, and Visitar from? Anybody know?

So, Visitar was from 2016, Pentux from 2015 and Kodork from 2010. The only one that doesn't appear on that sheet is last years:

Also, in the Spreadsheet in the Non-Topps section near the end, you can see not only the years of release, but the real names as well. They're at #4219-4228.

One question, Neil. Is Kodork Uglymug's real name Kodak Chromafilm? I'd like to know so that I can see if it's the right name on the Spreadsheet.

Oh yeah... I didn't think about the master spreadsheet. DUH  :-[

Soooo, the spreadsheet says Kodork is 2008, Pentux 2013 and Visitar 2014.

Not holiday-related, but camera-related anyway,  here's some fun cards I painted for Viceroy for your amusement.

Neil those are wonderful!  Very reminiscent of turn of the century cigarette cards.

I wonder what 1970's camera would fit in to a Wacky Packages Old School series?

Got to be the Polaroid One-Step!
Giving "The Hobby" the finger since 1999!

Maybe one of the "Instamatic" cameras . . . (I wonder why they called them that.)
