Who's the Sherlock Holmes of Wackies?

Can anyone identify the Wacky and the series by tilting their head to the left and reading the bottom of the card?  Looks like "4 Me Cartons"?!

I have no idea what that says.

I tried zooming in but it is blurring it, and I have tried my best to clear up the blurring.

I'm seeing the 1st part multiple ways. It could be a four, but I am trying to figure out if it could be an L and an I. If so, I could see the first word being "Litter".

The second part is blind to me. I don't have but a clue as to what it could be.

You moved the ball forward.  I think the first word is "Little."  But a quick ebay search could not turn up a likely second word.  I sent a message to Victor Moreno through Facebook.  Or maybe that's cheating...   8)

By George, I think he's got it!

And now you have a sketch artist to add to the master list.
