Yeah, these guys: https://wackypackages.org/miscellaneous/placks/

One of the really cool side-quests, tough to find in nice condition.

I would love to have a set of these!!  For now, I will have to settle for the three I have, Drowny and Jail-O, loose from my childhood, and Awful Bits in the wrapper, acquired here, a few years ago.  I am always on the lookout for others, although I admit that lately I have been busy  :-[

Very cool!  The pins are obviously licensed, and presumably from this year, based on the new logo.

All I know about the Shot Wheels is that they were fan produced about 25-30 years ago. I have 2, Lemlin and Dead Baron. I do not know of any others.

P.S. I picked up the pin set on Amanzon years ago.

I purchased a set of the pins (hadn't recalled the year, but 2018 certainly jives with my fuzzy recollection) and wish more had been made.  A fun little oddity.

VERY COOL on the Shot Wheels - Here are My Pins (I also have the one you showed as well)

I think these are "unoffical" but I do not care - Love mine!

Unclear if they're bootleg or not, but yeah that's a great piece. Did you get them all in one go?
