Series 1 tan backs
« on: January 02, 2017, 01:04:09 PM »
The OS1 tan back set is one I had put to the side, but am now thinking about working on.  I have 15 of the 30, missing the following:

Breadcrust
Jail-O
Maddie Boy
Weakies
Liptorn
Dopey Whip
Cover Ghoul
Vicejoy
Hostage
Kook-Aid
Tied
Pure Hex
Lavirus
Mutts
Band Ache

I am looking for decent stickers with borders, not horribly miscut, and without writing.  Soft corners and small bends aren't a problem.

Is Tied distinguishable from the Wonder Bread?

I'm pretty sure I have a diamond cut somewhat toned Jail-O you can have for free the next time I send you stuff. Need to double check that no one else took it recently.

I should be able to help you with Cover Ghoul and Kook-Aid.

I believe this is one Dave:

The distinguishing feature is the die-cut angle with respect to the top of the box.  From corner to corner, the die-cut angle is parallel to the top of the box for the 1st series tan; whereas the die-cut veers toward the upper right corner forming an acute angle on the Wonderbread version.

Do wonder bread Tieds & Gadzookas have the "blue line?"

I guess I should mention that according to Greg's site, Gadzooka 1st tans and Wonderbread's are indistinguishable from one another...
