Involving the kids in a parody, I wouldn't think Topps would go for that.

Why not? Four of them are adults. Baron, maybe, but I don't think he was abused in this gag as the focus was clearly on Donald's letter writing.

I think we have a new sales record in the making with this one.  Awesome card!!!
GPK pack parody really cleaned up!  581 sold.

How much have loyal GPK collectors spent on the "Disgrace" set so far?  It seems like $30 a week, if not more!

At $10 a card- $5810 for 581 sold doesnt seem a lot money for a company the size of Topps. But then again, everyone is out to make a buck.

so I'm looking at the GPK cards that have been released in this disgrace series, and there's something I'm now wondering:

are some of  the artist's intentionally putting Clinton (and some of the other women) in men's jackets as a joke, or are they just oblivious to the difference between men's and women's clothing?

Are you referring to the fact women's buttons are on their left, and men's are on the right?

Yep. Exactly.
Most of the GPK Hillarys have a men's jacket, and some of the other women are wearing them as well.
I've seen this on a number of wackys over the years too.
An overlooked detail by artists and editors?

Tangerine Dream spray tanner now officially up

https://www.topps.com/shop-entertainment-brands/garbage-pail-kids/2016-election-featured/tangerine-dream-spray-on-tan-wacky-packages-disg-race-to-the-white-house-73860.html

Is this a made up product? I know there is a line of products called Dream Tan. Dream Tangerine might have been funny too. I understand they made Tangerine Dream probably because of the prog rock band of the same name.

Also, on another related note.. has anyone noticed or talked about The Donald's hair part being on the opposite side??  Not sure if this was intentional due to Trump possibly suing Topps or something... but I assume it is either that, or some of the artists are painting a reversed photo or reflected mirror image somehow.

Shouldn't there be no "k" in "Creamsicle"? or is this a joke I'm missing?
big stretch to say it's a play on sickle, which was a part of the old Soviet flag, and the current contention of the Russian connection with the election season.
more likely just a typo.

so how about that intentional placement of yesterday's Wacky as card 111?

are there greater forces of the universe at work here? the power of 1's and their ties to the Wacky world?

Yeah, I just alerted them to that. Hopefully they will correct that shortly. I guess we know what the next title is!
Dave, wondering if you know who the artist is for Tangerine?
Possibly Fred Wheaton?

And now the Christmas set is available - for a full week.
Again just 1 wacky and at full price. Really should be 4.99.
As with the Thanksgiving wacky, no multi card purchase incentive.

Who did the artwork on this one? The perfect mesh of Trump and Grinch! I wish Topps would also list these under the Wacky Packages section.

I would have gone for the Wacky version, but I imagine they were looking for which would sell better.

Hopefully they'll stop the political stuff soon.........

I am glad that was not a Wacky. I would prefer not to see that image much. I find it disturbing. Funny yes...but disturbing too.

Have they announced the print run for the Christmas Wacky?  I thought that would have been done by now, since the ordering window ended three days ago, but I can't find it.

dont believe so.
The holiday cards are a special beast for some reason and likely won't ever show up on the site with the rest of the cards. Topps has posted the sell numbers over in their blog, about 5 days after end-of-sale, for the prior Halloween and thanksgiving sets. Likely the same here, sometime soon.
I'll photoshop a "sold out" image for this one like I did for the thanksgiving card once the numbers are posted.

Print run numbers released.
363 for the wacky, about 280 for each of the gpk's
