Certainly not from series 1, way too much detail, too well done!  Is that a cat in her hair?

Wacky Packages were not intended to be painted in the style of Norm's realistic sci-fi covers. Just because a particular character is more realistically rendered doesn't make it better. The characters used in the 1st series are among the best and most memorable. Chock is as close to a perfect wacky as there could ever be.

I'd say ANS. Maybe a Gross or Smokin' Joe character...

This is the kind of stuff I wanted to come up with for Wacky Day last week!

Can't check my stickers right now, not at home.

This seems as good a time as any to ask about a Wacky character I've never been able to place.

In the Wacky Packages Forum banner at the top of our screens, the woman with dark hair above and between the Y in Wacky and P in Packages, where the heck is that character from?  I was able to easily ID all the others, but not that one.  I'm sure I'm going to kick myself when I find out what sticker it's from, assuming of course we're talking pre-ANS.

Joe already correctly identified it above as DING KONGS from ANS11. Here's a look...

That WAS confusing.......  The character Jean Nutty provided in the very first post was from ANS11 Ding Kongs, and the question about the forum header character is Land-O-Quakes - I THINK MoldRush asked that question, but with all the embedded posts and overlapping quotes, I'm not sure.

Yes that was me asking about Lando Pat. Thanks all for answering.  I can now understand why I had trouble with it - the way the image is shown in the banner, the Indian headdress and pigtails are cropped out, which eliminates the most obvious identifiers.  Plus, the face on the sticker is relatively tiny, and I was thinking something on a bigger scale.  Mystery solved.

That looks more like Paul Ryan than Mitt Romney if you ask me. Or is it supposed to be?

Paul Ryan was Mitt Romney's VP choice.  Am I the only one that looks at ANS Wackys?

Speaking only for myself, when the bonus stickers got too expensive, I stopped collecting them all.  Don't think I have this one.

Patrick you nailed it on all counts.  It's the baby, Meme is owling on from the side of the Meme (Wacky Packages 2015 card 87) box.  It is also a homage to Tot and TSEP!
