Suspicious Ebay Auctions
« on: May 24, 2016, 01:51:33 AM »
I couldn't find another thread dedicated to this topic, instead it seems there are a bunch of threads with specific sellers in the title.  Perhaps keeping them all together would be more beneficial.

The auction above seller sold the EXACT same Lavirus 10 days ago with no return policy.  Same scratches and marks.  Did anyone buy the first one?  This seller could be buying his own auctions to establish a false market value, perhaps cancelling the deal to get out of paying ebay fees and then relisting.  Either that or seller is just too lazy to change pictures but his ignoring my questions about this is interesting.

I made a lowball offer to see if he was online and he rejected it about 30 minutes later. I also asked about the above and he ignored me.

Seller finally wrote me back and said the first auction scan was the incorrect one and assumes the buyer must have been happy with the card despite it not matching the scan.  So this seller claims to have two legit tan back Lavirus so far.
