Does anyone know a good source for trading card snap cases thicker than for a standard card? Something that would hold the WP Medallion cards, for example.

There are a few that fit -- but I only got those because I received something in them through trades, so I don't know where they came from. I think there was another thread on this somewhere on the forum...

I've definitely seen top loaders made to receive thicker cards, like so-called jersey cards, insert sports cards that have a small swatch of a player's uniform fabric embedded in the card. Those are usually made with a much thicker card stock.  So it would stand to reason that snap cases for these cards exist as well.  Researching from the chase card angle may lead to the type of product you're looking for.

I think those are 130 point thickness, so these might work:

Thanks for the input everyone. I needed 20 for a wall display for some Upper Deck AGE OF THEW DINOSAURS shadowbox cards. I found a lot of 25 Promold 180 count mini-snap cases on eBay for $22   Looks like this will fit the bill.

I placed these in a stretched out penny sleeve (stretched with fingers) and then these fit nice in the dual unit)

I have a wall mount frame that holds 20 card holders for displaying. It came with snap card holders but they are for regular thickness cards. The holders slide into plastic groves. I currently have the shadowbox cards in thick, top loaders but they are smaller than the hard plastic card holders so are loose in the frame. So awaiting the arrival of the Promold 180 count mini-snap cases.

They do have larger penny sleeves so you do not damage the cards.

Scoot - I used that frame for my baby here!  I CAREFULLY removed one row and re drilled and then used thumb tacs to re-secure and slide each card in......

1-16 Unopened - I do not want to even think of the money spent!
