If I may put my two cents worth in,I think the Wacky situation here is a classic example of peaks and valleys. When Topps started Wackys again with ANS1, it was a smashing success. Then,by about ANS6, they started experimenting by making a Jumbo Series out of that one and brought out with it the first named subsets(What's in the Box?!! and Make Your Own Wacky Packs). After taking a break with Flashback 1 and 2 and the 2010 calendar(a 2011 calendar was announced but never released),they started upping the ante a little bit with more subsets, variations, sketch cards, etc.By that time, I think it just might have become too difficult for the average buyer to keep up with it all,and if it's not nearing the end of the road now,I think it soon will be. All good things must come to an end eventually, and I really hate to say it,but for Wackys it just may be that time.Of course,I could be wrong, you know(and I hope that I am).
