Just curious - my timestamp for this site says 9:xx rather than 12:xx right now, like it's set in some other time zone. What's the deal with that?

Exactly that. At midnight Eastern time, the forum time was 9:00pm. I assume the server we are running on is on Pacific time. There is TIME OFFSET setting in your profile to adjust to your actual local time, if desired.

Better now? I added 3 hours to the time offset in your profile.

Yes, thank you! I tried to find a way to do that myself in my profile preferences but didn't see the option to change time zones. Anyway, this won't mess up my PM for the Halloween packs will it? I wouldn't want to be disqualified for appearing to have sent the PM 3 hours early...

Obviously, Pat already did it, but you can do it yourself in "Modify Profile" > "Look and Layout". It is on that screen.

Thanks all! I'm really happy to see so many of you showed up to join in the Halloween fun!!! Next time I do a Midnight Sale, I may refer to Hawaiian time. That way, it would be daylight for most of us. I'm pooped! Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and will start shipping sets in a couple of weeks! Let the Halloween season begin...

One thing I like about the midnight sales is that I pretty much NEVER have a conflict that will keep me from being able to be online. I actually slept a little late this morning which I suspect is because of the Wacky fun during the night, so the Saturday/Sunday timeframe worked out well for me.

You know the funny thing is I figured I would have no problem staying up for a set because I was needing to be up until 11:00pm tending to my smoker (smoking a pork butt for a family gathering today at noon) and as soon as I stoked the wood chips the last time I crashed! lol.....guess I was more tired then I thought.

Anyway. should have a good lunch today! LOL

Thanks again for the Halloween treat Neil. All Paid for. Maybe next time you can have a senior event, because some of us are getting up there , say have the event start no sooner than 8:45 PM, because 9:15 bedtime comes mighty quick, although Midnight might work out OK what with having to get up 2 or 3 times to pee.
