Interesting Twitter Posting

I don't really use social media but I saw that Joe Simko had posted his Wacky Packages 2015 Loogie art so I thought I'd post something Wacky as well.  Then when searching #Topps #WackyPackages this came up.  Anyone know anything about it?

These appear to be a newer version.

I just got back from the Hot Wheels Convention in Lexington Ky. We do heavy room to room trading/ buying and there was no evidence of this set in any of the 100 plus rooms filled with cars at the Hyatt.
