I was able to snag 2 LE sets.  I wonder if there will be any “scary” themed sketches in this set.  I’d like to keep my streak alive of having one scary sketch for each series.  Was there a way to get free shipping?? DAMN!

You can only order 5 sets but Topps still allows you to see what is remaining at that store.  Topps may have released a small portion of the sets for now and they may list some additional sets later this afternoon after this initial run sells out.  I know that Topps has done this in the past.

I am confused on this as well because you can't put in a QTY larger then 5 so how would you know?

I looked around at this. I'm not sure if this is how Jeff checks, but what I saw is that although you are forced to pick 1-5 to enter the item in the shopping cart, once the item is in the shopping cart, you can enter any number in that textbox & see if it tells you there aren't enough items in stock. It takes a handful of passes, but I just checked a few minutes ago and it appears there are 40 left now.

Oh this is fucking nuts. They're sold out already. They were available two minutes ago. I just went down stairs to get my credit card and when I came back to buy, they're gone. I hope they're listing more later.

Guys, I would keep checking. I wonder how many people ordered multiple sets to the same address. Topps will catch this and put them back up for sale. Maybe you should call Topps direct to seel

Sold out?! What the ???! I hardly had time to review the ad on shoptopps.com

Anyway, while I'm thrilled about the news, I'm not surpised - just disappointed that not everyone here was able to get a set. So, here's a suggestion: to anyone who may have missed out on the Wacky Postcards Series 6 Limited Edition, send me a PM and I'll start a waiting list (first come, first serve), which I'll send to the Topps Vault on Monday morning (July 5th). Hopefully, they'll be able to help out a few forum members! There's always the occasional returns, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Well, there are at least 7 distinct sketches this time, not counting variations, so if you want to "collect 'em all" as far as Wacky sketch titles, you need at least 7 sets.  And, there are 5 different artists, so even if you just go for one sketch from each artist, you need at least 5 sets.  300 sets doesn't go far that way.

Other than the wait list, if anyone has an extra set to sell I would be interested if possible. Can't believe it sold out so quick.

Neil,
Are the wrapper packs sealed?

From the description on Topps' site:
• Each set is sealed in a numbered Hot Pink Commerative wrapper

Very cool the LE sets use a wrapper this time around. Nice touch!

Yes & the (regular) set comes w/a "Commerative" (envelope) I'm assuming it looks like the wrapper but it's just an envelope? ??? :^)

The regular sets come with an envelope similar in style to previous sets, with a pink logo on the flap.

Ouch!  Count me among the people who completely missed out.  I've gotten one LE set of each of the first five series.  Missing out on this one, if I can't end up scoring a set somehow, definitely leaves a sour taste in my mouth.  I hope Topps does have a few more they put up for sale.  Otherwise, if anyone here has an extra they would sell or trade, please let me know.

Neil, I did PM you and again thank you for anything you can do for those of us who missed out.
