Ok, I've caught up on these and  finished the extensive hand-written list. This one doesn't have a number with it, though:

Originally intended for ANS2 and was going to be just "Maximum", then held over for ANS6 under its current name

It's time I reorganized the rows into something that makes more sense. Finish up whatever you're working on as most of the row numbers will change. I propose organizing thusly:

Die Cuts
Ads
Original Series
1985
1991
All-New Series
Old School
Postcards
MLB
Reruns / 1982 Album / 1986 Album / Irish
Flashback / Chrome
Posters (all types)
Everything else chronologically
Non-Topps

Alternately, I could just sort it all strictly chronologically but that mixes things up with the original series and whatnot. Thoughts?

Mitch,I've looked the new a's over and found one goof-Originally was going to be "Glee Squad"(1358) is supposed to go in the Notes section after the real name section (Geek Squad) for the Wacky Websites. Also, these need to be done-Name originally...(1607),...then held over...(1684),...was going to be either...(2543),...were incorporated...(2803-2822) and ...so far as is known(3819-3826).

You'll have to redo your last entry - I did the updates through 10/19. I just posted the resorted spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1myakdWkhpz7dHJBtFD0uAkkHnMlyDhl1LQmHujU9AZ0/edit?usp=sharing

Also, I normalize the names of the titles by their first appearances, so "Paid Killers" it will be. This helps with sorting and searching.

Here's the new numbers for the a's and c's from 10-24(the entries are the same)-700,767,1024,1162,1669,1799 and 3495. Also, the Halloween Pack O' Fun Wackys for 2016 are in,so you'll have to put them in as well. They are: Slithers(Snickers Bite Size),Sugar Batties(Sugar Babies),Smarteries(Smarties),Haunt Tamales(Hot Tamales),Krypt Kat(Kit Kat),Hexey's Mean Chocolate(Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bite Size) and Twitch(Twix). There's also a limited edition prism promo card(I don't know which one it is yet) and Slithers has a rare variation in which the red snake is missing from the bottom of the Wacky. I don't know what the order of the Wackys is,either.

I'll get to those shortly. I was going to add the Wacky/GPK mash-ups as well. Any idea if they have a title other than the standard Wacky? I don't know if the GPK characters on them have names.

Also,is there any way you can fix the Wacky Packages Go to the Movies title in the subset section (1378-1385) so that the "W" in "Wacky" looks better-say,by making it into a double line, perhaps?

Mitch,to answer your questions-Yes,Garbage should be the same as Gurgle, since except for the name, they're the same thing, and 1366 should be Originally intended for ANS2 and was going to be just "Maximum"(without the word "Security" in the name),... . Also, 700 should say in the Notes ...before getting its current name... .

Source for this conjecture?

> Originally was going to be "Sugar Botties"(a sketch card was made of this art).(3847).

Are you sure of this or are you just guessing based on the sketch? Because a sketch doesn't imply an original design, it's probably just something different to sketch!

Overall I'd like to be certain of what we put in the spreadsheet as opposed to simply guessing, or because it 'feels right'.

> Finally, was the Chrome series released as just cards or as both cards and stickers? If the latter, then that should be mentioned, too.

I'm not sure, actually. They were just cards, weren't they?

Everything else is up to date, including the snail-mail. Thanks!

To answer your questions-first,I found the info on Dacco Toothpaste at the Decay Toothpaste entry on lostwackys.com. Look at it and do with it as you will. Second,I was just guessing about the Sugar Botties art. Maybe it should be this-;also known on a sketch card from this series as "Sugar Botties".      Update:First,on 164,put a parenthesis between "Snack Pig"and with, like this-(with. Second,203 should say "on the red chicken on the box". Third, the note for 1153 was supposed to be removed from the note section at 1213. Fourth, 771 should say in the Notes..."Guillotine Max33" or "Killette MulletFree". Fifth,on 1226,2296 and 2425,"two different pieces" should be changed to "two different designs". Sixth,867 should be Colgate Original Formula and 2401 should be Colgate Cavity Protection. Eighth,in 1733,the word "Hurter" is cut off. Can this be fixed? Hope this can be done quickly!

Rusty has the statement right up front from Len Brown that Decay is not based on any real product.
Despite that clear statement, he then goes on to fabricate an entertaining tale around a foreign toothpaste brand anyways.

Yeah, this is what I'm talking about. I'm removing the Dacco comment as well as the Sugar Botties one - I'm not interested in trying to catalog the numerous sketch card variations and alternate gags.

I know you like using lostwackys.com as a resource, and it's good for some things, but there's lots of speculation and outright untruths there as well. Reader beware.

If there's entries you know you've simply guessed at, please let me know and we can decide what to do.

Oops,my bad! I'll try to remember all this in the future. Give me forty lashes with a wet noodle(as either Dear Abby or Ann Landers would say,I don't know which one did it)! I don't think I've messed up anything else, though. All the rough art came from the Lost Wackys section of the site,so it can be found there if anyone wishes to look. Oh,one more thing-I was looking up the Transformers films on MSN Internet Explorer and found out that "Transfoamers 5"(1986) is planned for 2017 as Transformers:The Last Knight. Should this be put in the Notes now or should we wait until it's actually released? And please don't forget the new c's at the update at my last post!

Six c's left! First, please remove Originally intended for ANS5 and was going to be "Chicklets" from 1213 and place it in 1153,as Crickets(ANS6) came before Chickless(ANS7) and because the first one was where this note was supposed to go. Second,3265 should say This series was cards only, not stickers. Third,3419 is Barrelhead Root Beer. Fourth, the Cleveland Indians Seat Relic in MLB should be 2566,not 2556. Fifth,700 should say ...(it also had a fly on the top of the cheeseburger on the box). Sixth,3732-3739 should say 2016 Garbage Pail Kids Prime Slime Trashy TV series.

More again! Comes in classic foil and rainbow foil versions(913-922,994-1003,1074-1083 & 1178-1187(922 also says... ;originally intended for ANS2)) and Comes only in classic foil version(1292-1301). Before anyone asks,I've got rainbow foil versions of all of the first four of these and a classic foil version of the last one. In fact, when I bought my complete ANS7 set, I was told that there was no rainbow foil version of these stickers.
