Someone asked about bonus cards. After I opened up my cases today I found that B5-B12 are in the collector cases. I was able to complete just one set out of 3 cases.

I'm stumped on a couple of variations. on the back of the wrapper it lists Classic Character Back 1:43 What is it? They also list Alternate Art Short Print. I haven't seen any of those yet. Anyone have some examples yet?

Brad, you're right the classic backs were supposed to be in collector's boxes but as no one has found them perhaps they were canceled.  In terms of the Alternate Art I'd bet their tough to spot and we just haven't spotted them yet.

Brad, this is not like Chrome in which we all knew the classic art.  This is more like ANS 11, when it took us months to spot the differences!  Let's hope the backs are different at least.

Out of the retail case, I got:

8 different silver TVs
49 different base silvers plus 15 extras for trading
4 sets of Reads and a near set
12 sets of TVs
2 sets of base cards with colored background, plus one near set and extras for trading
Probably 25 base sets of 55 (I'm waiting to package them until we decide what's an "A" back and what's a "B" back)

I think we've seen with the last couple ANS sets that the Walmart cards get a delayed distribution and don't seem to show up with dealers as much as the target cards do. Could be what's happening here. Give it a week, they'll show

They didn't do this with GPK 2 2014, though the other packaging existed.

The refractors where for the Chrome release only, I believe. Refractors have not been mentioned in any of the sales literature for Wacky Packages 2014 Series 1. There are Bonus Packs available with the B1 and B2 bonus cards. Target has them. I got mine from ToyWiz.com  I got both B1 and B2 in one Bonus Bonus Pack, which I think was a lucky mistake. Only one in the other pack.

WalMarts and Wackys are a dicey proposition in terms of solid distribution. Target: Every Store on week one. Wally World: 20% of stores on week one, some never.
