I'm trying to get one example of each type of bonus included with each series. I'm up to printing plates - I know these could be found in packs in ANS10, ANS11 and Chrome. There are Old School plates on eBay - were these included in the packs or boxes or were they put up directly by Topps?

They were only available in packs for series 5. I think Topps auctioned off some earlier plates though.

If you're trying for every series that had plates, you'll need Flashback 2 as well.
