Mine arrived on Tuesday (in Kansas City).  I'm a bit disappointed in the overall artwork, but at least they sent it as originally promised.

nothing but radiation....

I emailed Topps yesterday to confirm that I was getting my binder and they checked and said no, because I had ordered only binders 5-16.  I looked back in my emails and found the email confirming my payment for binders 1-4 as a "pre-order" and pointed it out to Topps.  They apologized and said my 17th binder would be mailed either later that day or first thing the next morning.

So the moral of the story is: if you haven't received yours yet, it may be because Topps made an error similar to the one they made in my case.     :confuse:

Where at in Virginia?

Southeast, near Virginia Beach.

I sent a message to Topps last night through their Live Chat in the lower right-hand corner.  They responded to me this morning:

Hello Mr. Wagner,
Thank you for your purchase of all 16 Wacky binders! Please accept my sincere apology for the oversight. We will be shipping the 17th binder and sketch card to you today. Please feel free to contact me if you need any additional assistance.
Thank you,
Brian Buckingham

I might not have been on their list because I checked out as a guest when I purchased the four binder sets.  Apparently they were able to track my purchases and verify that I did in fact buy all four.  I kept my email confirmations just in case I needed proof.  In case anyone needs to track down their emails, the email dates for me were 5/30/13, 7/26/13, 10/25/13, and 1/2/14.

AGAIN - LACK OF COMMUNICATION - "WHAT WE GOT HERE IS A FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE!!!"

I called about 2 months ago as I was concerned that they would not have my info right. They did not, and after looking into it, they corrected their info.

I find it odd that not one of the 17th Binders has hit Ebay.  I know there are at least a few people on this forum who received two Binders.
What are they waiting for? There is a demand so why not sell it? Are people waiting for the $100 Binder to be worth $200?

I wonder what will happen to the 65 unsold Wave D Binders #13 - 16 and the corresponding 17th Binders?

There might have been some Wave C binder sets left, too.

Still waiting for some comments from those here who have two 17th Binders and what plans they have regarding their dupe.

I have one but will be curious to see how much one goes for. I thought someone here would have popped one on the bay while they were new.

Not so.  Thoughts?

I only ordered one of each binder release ~ no dupes here!

I just posted one in the selling section first to give the members first shot at one but if not I will take it to the Philly show or throw it up on ebay.

Thanks,
Mark

That Binder should go quickly and the buyer does not have to go to bidding war to get it. Nice of you to offer it here first.
