Gadzooka SuperFractor on Ebay.  Not feeling this one due to lack of black border...... and the $3,999.99   price is a bit of a put off.   ;)

I wonder if offers will be put in?

Well, this at least confirms that they produced all 110 base cards as superfractors - as I recall, there was some speculation that they only did 1-107, and excluded the three checklists.

As for the asking price, that would be enough to get me to part with my superfractor.

Wow, I could purchase a lot of reissue loot for 4k. Silly price for sure.

Just curious...what would be viewed as a reasonable price for a superfractor? How much have others sold for?

I have wondered the same thing.  I traded for mine, and it included my time and effort to hunt cards down, so I'm really not sure how much I "paid" for it.

That's always the most very curious of questions isn't it. More than the obvious factors, when you try to factor in how much someone wants it, its almost impossible to assign a specific, accurate market value. I know you already knew that I'm just thinking out loud. From my limited past experiences in trying to obtain rare reissue items, I toss out the "what's it worth" question completely. I usually approach it from more of a perspective of what will it take to motivate the seller to let the item go and still be within the range that I am comfortable with. That final number may be much lower or higher than another collector may consider acceptable but that has no meaning to me.

$400 - $600 depending on the card and the people involved.

I acquired mine through cash, cards and a good relationship with a great forum member.

He is asking almost 10x what reality is.... that is like asking for $40,000 for a Ratz or Cracked Animals 1967 Die Cut......

it's a fishing expedition for sure. a sky-high buy-it-now with 'make an offer' available. just looking for 'make an offer' nibbles and then will snag the hook if an offer is good enough.
of course, if the BiN is too crazy high, then that scares off anyone from even making an offer.  not sure if even $2K is low enough for a supposedly $500 card.

SF no longer for sale. I guess someone made him a good offer on the side.  Anyone here grab this card?

Not I.

There is a Commie Mixed Up Character Card with the Ajerx Guy on the bay with a $329 Buy It Now.

Much as I wanted to pull one of those, I just can't pay that kind of money for a new card.

I have a question. Since as of now only Cracked Animals and Fearstone Tires are the only Die-Cuts that haven't been officially released as stickers,is that no longer the case now that they've been released in the Chrome series,or doesn't that count since the Chromes are cards and not stickers?

I just realized that Fearstone Tires was released in the 1982 Album series (and would've been in the 1986 Album series if it had been released there). In this case,I should've said that it hasn't been released as a regular-sized sticker, not an album-sized one.

I have a uncut Chrome Sheet and just got back from having it framed.

My daughter noticed that Fear stone has what appears to be a factory created outline (crease) around it - I never noticed the actually card does, so makes sense..... wonder why??

What did that cost to get framed? I have an uncut sheet of ANS2 clings that does nothing but sit behind my safe in that huge top loader or whatever it is called. I'd imagine this sheet is close in dimension to yours.

I thought this at first, also, but then reasoned that the storage door is fairly near the floor. I'd guess the top of the sheet is only 5 or 6 feet high.

I had a Cheapios poster pinned to a corkboard.  That was the only one I displayed because it was the only dub I had.

Later, when I had Star Trek posters all over my walls, I bought blue sticky stuff.  Can't remember the name.

Correct. The storage door is only about three feet in height.

Ah, I missed the "storage" part.  That's perfect then, right at eye level!

I have a bunch of uncut Wacky sheets, but only one in a ginormous toploader.  Someday I've gotta get back to Allentown to buy a few.

Andrew I did - I tried to bid on the Melty Color - I am a bit of a completest and the half smeared Jail-O did not count as a color sketch card from the series......

I was "watching" that one... then I turned around and the auction ended... Bummer. There would have been a bidding war for that one

Is it just me,or does anyone else think that Mixwell Hearse, the lost Wacky Ad,should've been put into the Lost Wackys subset in this series?

Is it possible that there might be a WP Chrome Series 2 one day, like there was for GPK, or was this one so big a flop that Topps won't even bother with it? Also, as I mentioned before, does anyone else besides me think that Mixwell Hearse, the lost Wacky Ad, should've been put into the Lost Wackys subset in this series-or maybe even in the Wacky Ads subset right after Good and Empty, the one it was supposed to replace? Please, anyone, answer if you can.

Never say never, but Topps has stated many times that gpk series 3 chrome will not happen. Costs too much. I expect the same for wacky series 2, or anything else.

If anyone wants to buy some WP Chrome packs, there's a comic book store in my area that has some. The address is: Past Present Future Comics  1387 North Military Trail   West Palm Beach, FL  33409. The phone number is: (561) 697-2554. The e-mail address is:  www.PPFCOMICS.com. The Facebook e-mail is:  Facebook.com/PastPresentFutureComics. There are 25 packs @$3.99 a pack, for a total of $106.75 with tax. They've been there since 2014, when WP Chrome first came out, so get 'em while you can and tell 'em that I sent you! They already know me as a customer and will be all too happy to oblige you. Who knows, maybe that missing card that you've been looking for-like, maybe a Superfractor or two-could be right here! Please, take them off their hands so that they can make room for more packs of other cards! Believe me-they want to get rid of them and I'm trying to help them get rid of them.

I purchased another Chrome Superfractor which should be arriving soon. It is a title that really works well with the Superfractor Background. I will post a pic once it arrives.
