2013 Halloween Limited Edition Postcards Set Release Date????

Anyone have any info on the 2013 Halloween L.E. Postcards sets that Topps advertised at the Philly Non-Sports Card Show?  Also, does anyone have an extra Halloween PC Promo Postcard for sale?  If so, please PM me and I can send the money as a gift through PayPal.

Maybe it will coincide with the Columbus Day sale on the Topps site, if they do a special for Columbus Day.
