Hidden Bonus Cards
« on: August 12, 2013, 05:33:17 PM »
would be kind of cool to have secret hidden bonus Wackys at some point.
Although now, everyone will be ripping apart every box of anything just to make sure they don't throw something out by accident.
Reading the comments is entertaining at how mad some people are about an unannounced freebie. I think it's genius. kudos to Topps

Interesting unique idea – to hide a freebee in your box?!

The article says that the bonus card is hidden “within the cardboard of the box” lid / panel. From the photo, it looks like it might be embedded within two layers of cardboard. My first inclination is to send my boxes thru the CAT scan machine at a nearby hospital in the future, just in case…

One potential issue is maybe the card could be damaged during box opening or searching for the bonus. I'd be a bit peeved if I found it damaged by my own hands because I didn't know it was there.

Considering the ordering issues we have seen recently, maybe Topps should focus on getting all of the ordered items into the box, and forgo the extras    ;D

I thought there was a joke posted awhile back about there being bonus cards under the foam. Anybody else?
