So get this, on Wed, i send a nasty e-mail to Topps saying i was sick of this, there has been next to no contact and all i want now is a refund. I said i was going to open a Paypal dispute, and if they had any proof that the (items) were sent, LOL or ANY e-mail at all, that i would like to see their proof.
