I just got lucky this morning!  ;)

I bought a few packs last weekend to go along with the the gravity feed I was picking up at a Target, and I just got around to opening the packs this weekend.
Shockingly, there was a sketch in one of them! my first ANS sketch pull.
a nice Zapata Gadzooka teacher.

hmmm. that granny does look familiar. especially when seen in profile like in the image in the upper left of the game box....  8)

I would say no question that is her. And congrats on the sketch pull. But I hit the limit on these so no sketch for me. I am now saving for the postcards and Old School 4

While driving through some tiny town in northern Illinois this past Thanksgiving, I stopped to buy gas (Casey's General Store, which is a chain.  In the Midwest, I believe).  Was more than shocked to find the store selling ANS9!  Don't think I've seen any Wackys since maybe ANS2 anywhere but Walmart, Target, and Shopko, much less a gas station.  Bought a pack for kicks.   No sketch, but I did get a Crakola mag.

Maybe after pack searchers rummage through the boxes, they put the leftover swill on sale to move it?

Or possibly Target is getting ready for the 2014 release of ANS 12 and trying to make space on the shelves

I’m teasing you. It seems like whenever I’m waiting for the new Wacky series to arrive, some folks here are making predictions about the launch timeline for the next one     :D

There have been a few times in which Target (and Wal-Mart, for that matter) have had the "bonus boxes" of various products sold at reduced prices. Although this one looks more like Target simply trying to move unsold product to make way for new products.

I think you're confusing this with my binders blowing up with too many ANS Wackys in them by then.

that sale card in my photo above says 12/30 thru 1/26. I'm guessing it would be the same elsewhere too.

I found them at Target yesterday.  All appeared to have been searched, and they were full price.

I got them at 1.49 at my target yesterday. I didn't even know it because there was no "sale" sign. Just grabbed a few packs cuz I was in there for other stuff. If I had known, I would of grabbed more.
