Yeah, I exhausted the ones I had already photographed. Now I just need to find a few minutes where my wife isn't playing "Jewelmania" to snap the rest  ;D

You're right, the other ones I took with the flash came out a lot better. Feel free to fix up any others I post if you care to!

Maybe I should just photograph them again. These look like crap.

How refreshing to see a post on here about vintage Wackys for a change.

That's the only one I don't have! I've had the chance at a dozen of them, but never one that is nice enough, and I'm never willing to dilute quality in favor of completeness!

...and for anyone who likes baseball cards...

(Image removed from quote.)

Great pics!  As much as I like the Wacky ones, I really like the baseball card one.  With the various packs, including rack and cello that show some of the cards themselves, these really lend themselves to such a cool pic.  I know it's a Wacky forum, but if you have one of the '78 baseball "set", I'd love to see it.

I don't have a 1978 one ready, but here's a 1971 group courtesy of grote15 of the Collector's Universe forum (with a box from me):

Was thinking the same.   Very pretty.

Can anyone tell me who the 4 players are on the '71 box? I think I know 3 of the 4 but the last one eludes me.

Great pics, brings back lots of memories - especially Bill Freehan peaking through 33 card pack in the '71 pic. He was one of my younger brother's favorite players. In fact, my brother liked him so much that he would eat any Bill Freehan card he could get his grubby fingers on thinking he could become more like his idol. I do believe a couple of my '71 cards have a chewed corner - rescued, no doubt, from a worse fate (Boog Powell among them).

I love the fact that baseball display boxes of this era are cheap compared to wacky display boxes! I think I paid $125 for the '71 box which is by far the toughest of the era. I got high grade '70 and '72 boxes for like $30 apiece.
